Chicken Shoot

So my local games store usually has some pretty good stuff. It’s mostly stuff for the Xbox 360, Wii or PS3. Well, surprise, surprise, I don’t have any of those. I grew up on really crusty PC games like those godawful Barbie games. Secret Agent Barbie was pretty objectively terrible, but I have a lot of weird nostalgia towards it. It’s one of those games that you just have because you’re A Girl (trademarked). Regardless, there was one PC game among the slew of first-person-shooters that caught my eye. Well, I guess I sound like a hypocrite. It’s Chicken Shoot. Chicken Shoot is a first-person-shooter. To be completely honest, I’m not sure what enraptured me so much about this game. It looks, again, objectively terrible.

Eh. I’ll be posting my live playthrough on another section of this blog. I really don’t expect to get THAT much enjoyment out of it, but I’m a fan of this absolute clipart hell I’m seeing with my entire eyeballs. Oh yeah. Also the people running the games store were very visibly stoked when I came to the checkout lane with this hateful thing in my back pocket.
